We’ve learned that expectations and reality are vastly different for many hotel owners, which occurs worldwide. The incident occurred in Russia when the guest noticed a sign indicating that the bathroom is wheelchair accessible.

Nobody seems to think it was necessary to point out that a flight of stairs in front of a “wheelchair accessible” entrance entirely contradicts the sign’s purpose. Perhaps the owner has no idea what the sign means.
Terrible carpet
Some hotel owners, we believe, strive to save money by doing things themselves or buying the lowest materials they can find. We came to this conclusion because no designer worth his salt would do something like this.
