Grolar Bear

If you look at the coloring of the bear in this photo, you can probably guess that it resulted from a cross between a polar and a grizzly bear. Known as the grolar or pizzly, this animal is seen both in the wild and in captivity. In general, the two types of bears avoid each other. Sadly, melting ice caps have led polar bears further south. This has caused them to bump into their brown counterparts more often.

The zorse is also a zebroid. The difference between this and a zonkey is that it is a cross between a horse and a zebra. Horses are further away genetically from zebras than donkeys as they have a different chromosome number. This is why congenital disabilities like dwarfism crop up more often. The charming hybrids tend to come with a unique feature. Those with spots typically only have stripes in isolated areas.
