Toyger
The Toyger is what you get when you breed a Bengal breed and a Domestic Shorthair tabby. This animal was initially bred in the United States back in the ‘80s to raise awareness about the tiger population’s conservation. By 2020, records show 469 registered Toygers all over the world.
Litigon
One way to look at the litigon is as the opposite of the liger. The tigon is also a hybrid animal that came from a cross between a lioness and a male tiger. A 6-year-old tigon gave birth to two litigons in a zoo in Haikou, China. This momentous occasion took place on June 24, 2016.
