Chris Pratt has become a superhero (in the Marvel Cinematic Universe), but he seems to have super-powers when it comes to rapid weight loss! Pratt played the part of loveable Andy Dwyer earlier in his career on Parks and Recreation, the hit tv show starring Amy Poehler. It was after this that he went on to become the sci-fi action star, Starlord, of Guardians of The Galaxy. We think he looks great and love the look.

Bale’s rapid weight loss for the lead in movie The Machinist all the way to being somewhat buff for the role of Batman in the Dark Knight franchise is mightily impressive.
