Pauline Potter

What makes Pauline Potter so special is that she was pretty famous before she even appeared on the show. In 2011, she made it to the Guinness Book of World Records as the heaviest woman alive. She was even featured in Dr. Phil because of it. For a while, she was in denial about the state of her body, but she eventually faced the reality head-on. She had lost 149 pounds by the time the season came to a close. In the follow-up, she reportedly shed 300 pounds and could now avail of skin removal surgery.

Chad Dean

Even when he was young, Chad Dean was already a big boy. He was even called “Dean Machine” during his high school days. A back injury stopped him from pursuing his dreams of becoming a chef, so he began to drive trucks cross-country instead. This was how he grew to become 700 pounds. He knew that something was wrong when he could no longer drive due to his weight. During his time on the show, he dropped 260 pounds. With hard work and two skin removal procedures, he slimmed down all the way to 300 pounds. He is now driving trucks once more and making his own meals instead of eating fast food.
