There are also many cases of 2 headed turtles. The condition that is created by the mutation, is called Polycephaly. If a reptile has Polycephaly in most of the cases it has two heads (one next to the other) or one at the top and one at the bottom of the body. Reptiles with this condition often have problems surviving in the wild, and most of the time already day after a few weeks or months.

The next animal doesn’t have a mutation, however it is known to be one of the ugliest animals alive. Which one is it? The blobfish. The blobfish has a very big and slushy looking body and is usually white or gray. Due to its special flesh, it can adapt perfectly to deep waters. The blobfish might not be the prettiest animal, but it is for sure one of the most interesting ones there are.
